StudentDay@theCenter
Student Days are two hour hands-on workshops for K-12 school groups visiting the Center for Architecture. Programs are adapted to meet the abilities of different age groups. Following and illustrated and interactive presentation of one of the Student Day topics of study, students take on a real world design challenge such as building a structural system for a skyscraper, planning and building a model of a green city block, constructing a model of a suspension bridge, to name a few.
