Theater Design
Participants created their own model theaters and produced their own show during this 3-day vacation studio. Students learned about important elements of theater and set design through activities at the Center for Architecture and behind-the-scenes-tours of the Brooklyn Academy of Music and NYU’s Skirball Center. Each student then created a scale model of a theater interior, designed their own sets and raised the curtain on their own productions.
