Build A City

Young urban planners, architects and landscape designers gathered at the Center for Architecture this Saturday for the CFA Foundation's Family Day program, Build A City. After touring highlights of the exhibit "Global Polis," and discussing ideas about cities and zoning, everyone got to work to create an ideal city. Their car-free creation boasted a central lake and park, museum district, ample beachfront property, highrises, hospitals, houses and even a floating grocery barge.
